Have you thought about how much time you spend with your photographer on your wedding day? Truth be told, it may be more than how much time you spend with your fiancé!!

You and your photographer should be friends, this should be someone you would actually want on your guest list! Someone that you feel comfortable around. Someone who you want to laugh with and create memories with that you want to remember (because they will capture them!!)

The Process of finding this special person is unique to everyone and every photographer. Below you can find a little of what the process may look like with Cardinal Photography, while we capture candid moments in weddings.

Dani took our family pictures to celebrate our daughter's first birthday. What a great experience! She managed to capture candid and original shots that show who we really are. I love the pictures! Thank you again - Yazmine (Google Review ★★★★★)

My Approach

I want you to look back at your album and feel exactly how you were feeling in that season of life!

How do I get those photos? GREAT QUESTION! Obviously, we become best friends!…I’m serious! Getting photos like that means you have to be vulnerable. And that’s hard to do, to feel comfortable with someone you may have just met. I take every opportunity I can to allow you the space to get to know me, but more importantly allow you to feel comfortable opening up with me, (that's the secret sauce right there, for the romantic and unposed wedding photography that creates creative wedding photos!)

To really create the connection right, I pride myself with the absolute best, MOST INCREDIBLE customized service that I can! Great photos are all well and good! However, feeling the photos. That’s magic!

If you are looking for a photographer to pose you and your family/loved ones sitting or standing together everyone with a forced smile looking at the camera (unless were talking family portraits at a wedding). Sorry, not sorry, I am probably not the right photographer for you, AND THATS OK!!

When you choose to work with me, you are looking for a photographer who will create romantic engagement photos, capture candid wedding memories, and have a story telling wedding photographer. Who will create art that displays real emotion, and connection. The biggest compliment that I get, and cherish more than anything, is when people tell me that they can feel my photos! Because that is exactly what I’m going for!!!!

Every wedding and couple are like snowflakes, no two are alike! Each one of my packages are customizable to fit your needs perfectly! Below are the starting points for my base packages. And from there we can create the dream for you and your sweetie!!

Q: How many photos will I get?
A: It depends on what type of package you get, how many people are present at your wedding day, location (if we have to hike to multiple locations, or move around.) How many hours we are shooting Etc. A good frame of mind would be around 30-60 photos an hour.

Q: Do you charge for travel?
A: For any locations 1.5 hours outside of my based city, Houston, TX, there will be a travel fee. For travel, hotel, and food.

Q: Do you offer albums?
A: YESSS!!! We can add it to any package!

Q: How do we book you?
A: Drop a note on the "contact" page, and I'll get back to you in 24-48 hours!

Q: When will I get my photos??
A: Couples photography can expect their photos within 1-2 week (if not less). Weddings and Elopements, you will get a first look of 10-15 photos within 24-48 hours of your event! And you should expect your full gallery 2-6 weeks after your big day!!

Q: Do you provide unedited/raw images?
A: All the images in your gallery will be fully edited, to increase and perfect lighting, sharpness, contrast, and color. So, I do NOT send Raw files, for photography. (content creation is a different story!)
